Richard has been working at the Digestive Disease & Nutrition Center for almost twelve years, in his current position Richard is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the center as well as the centers external operations such as our new state-of-the-art endoscopy suite. This includes overseeing the appointment scheduling, billing, and patient flow for all outpatient activities; managing human resources, facilities, financial, implementing and maintaining the centers Electronic Medical Records system and other technological functions for the center.

He is currently a member of both the American Gastroenterology Association and Medical Group Management Association. He is currently obtaining his Bachelors of Arts in Information Technology Management as well as Strategic Global Management at Babson College.

Chris has been with Digestive Disease & Nutrition Center since 1996 and heads up the billing and accounts receivable departments as well as working close with the Administrator of the DDNCW in the reception and nursing departments. Prior to joining DDNCW she worked in numerous medical settings, and she brings a wealth of billing experience and knowledge. Over the years she has cultivated excellent working relationships with the provider representatives at the major local insurance plans. Chris is also our privacy manager.

Dena has been with Digestive Disease & Nutrition Center since 2001 and is responsible for obtaining health benefit information for patients covered by insurance companies. Dena is also responsible for all the scheduling of all procedures and works closely with the billing manager in our accounts receivable department.
