Jack Rosemarin, M.D., F.A.C.G.

Gastroenterology and Nutrition

The founder of the Digestive Disease & Nutrition Center of Westchester, LLP. He has had many years of experience in Gastroenterology and Nutrition. He has appeared on Television programs and has been interviewed for newspaper articles on various digestive and nutritional subjects. He has been on local and regional Best Doctor lists. He trained at New York Medical College and completed his Gastroenterology and Nutrition training at Yale University Affiliated Hospitals.

 

 

Alfred Roston, M.D., F.A.C.G.

Gastroenterology and Nutrition

He has extensive training at some of the world’s best hospitals, including Mount Sinai, New York Hospital/ Cornell and Harvard. He has been in many of Americas Top Physician lists over the years. Dr. Roston completed his advanced therapeutic Endoscopy Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Mount Sinai Hospital and attended New York University School of Medicine. Before medical school, Dr. Roston graduated magna cum laudefrom University of Pennsylvania.

 

 

Charles Noyer, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Gastroenterology

Joined the Digestive Disease & Nutrition Center of Westchester in 2003, he was previously Director of Endoscopy at Albert Einstein and Montefiore Hospitals. He has published numerous articles on the subjects of gastroenterology and Endoscopy. Dr. Noyer is an expert in all gastroenterology disorders but is one of the few doctors in the region doing endoscopic ultrasound, for which he sees patients of other gastroenterologists. His education and training has been at top universities, including Georgetown, Downstate, Mount Sinai Medical Center and Albert Einstein and Jacobi Hospitals.

 

 

Benjamin Marano, M.D., F.A.C.G.

Gastroenterology

The newest memember of the Digestive Disease & Nutrition Center of Westchester, joined the center after being in private practice in Hartsdale for over 15 years. He graduated from Georgetown University with his Bachelors of Science.  He attended New York Medical College and completed his fellowship in gastroenterology from Saint Vincent’s Hospital.  He is a fellow of both the American College of Gastroenterology and American Gastroenterological Association. Dr. Marano has co-authored many articles on various gastrointestinal topics including, H. Pylori infections and post-bariatric surgery endoscopy.

 

 

Robert S. Goldblatt, MD

Gastroenterology

Dr Robert S. Goldblatt recently joined Digestive Disease and Nutrition Center of Westchester. He has been in gastroenterology practice for 36 years. He trained at Yale New Haven Medical Center and is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. He is an expert in all gastroenterological disorders. He was previously Chief of Gastroenterology at The New York Hospital/United Hospital Medical Center and has been on staff at White Plains Hospital and Greenwich Hospital. He is a member of the AGA, ASGE, and ACP. He has been named to the Westchester’s Top Doctors List for many years.

 

 

Vy, Nguyen, PA

Board Certified and graduating cum laude, she trained under the finest faculty. Due to her special interest in women’s health and nutrition, she joined the Digestive Disease and Nutrition Center of Westchester in 2010. She is also devoted to nutritional health of the population and works closely with the Practice Physicians in the Nutrition. She is fluent in Vietnamese.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Dr. Pawan Arya, MBA, CMPE, MCMC, CPC, CPC-H

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Arya has been with the Digestive Disease and Nutrition Center since 2010. He is responsible for overall operations of the Center. In the past, Dr. Arya has been an administrator for a multispecialty group, and a cancer center.

He is also on the Board of Directors for American Institute for Healthcare Compliance (AIHC) and a past member of Government Affairs Committee for Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). He has authored a chapter on Financial Management for Medical Group published by MGMA. He is also a member of several professional organizations.

Dena Naporkowski

Billing Manager & Privacy Officer

Dena has been with the Digestive Disease & Nutrition Center of Westchester since 2001. She is the billing manager. Earlier, she has been playing an operational role and is an asset to the Practice. She works closely with the CEO regarding accounts receivable. She is highly experienced, very affable, and responsive to our patients’ concerns and needs. Milagros Garcia (Bi-Lingual)

Front Desk Coordinator

Milagros is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, and she has provided valuable assistance to the Spanish speaking community since 2005. She is responsible for the coordination of the reception area, including training of the reception staff and dealing with all matters related to this area. Marcela Prado

Marcela Prado is supervisor for the medical assistants and works closely with the doctors to provide care to provide care to the patients. In addition, she helps patients get lab results and medication refills in a timely manner. She has been with the Practice since 2010. She has excellent clinical and communication skills.
